Where there are options, I'd stay away from cassettes. Drain requires pump function, lines above the ceiling need extra insulation + gutter system, & the ceiling where 1's installed on is best of washable material or coating. The areas around the vents have the tendency to get dirty. Cleaning of both the unit & the surrounds will take a bit more care.
When line leaks happen, expect access & damage to the ceiling.
Cassettes are wonderful for the 'industrial' ceilingless approaches, though. Air distribution by these can be even & area-dedicated.
