Split Type Aircon: Which is best?

Dont use a cassette type for a house

Use wall mounted or floor standing

Also larger aircons might require 3 phase power

Best for a house that requires 3hp is still a split type vs floor mount. No need for 3phase power supply sa split, floor mounted needs 3 phase power.
Also, cheaper split type in terms of unit cost and unit cleaning.
We have 2 units of 3hp non-inverter splits for our sala. Yun lang nga, they’re Kolin and sirain sya! 6 years old and we have replaced the capacitors around 3-4x, changed the pcbs once. Now 1 unit just blows uncooled air and emits an error again.
