^IMO, there's a reason why some services are free...
If you're not comfortable with the T&C's then you can always opt out and not to use their service.
IMO, all modern phones look the same...
Either may notch or hole.
Either rectangle or square yung camera
But there's a reason why you're buying the "S/Note" vs the iPhone vs the P series etc
Performance wise. mararamdaman mo difference ng "S/Note" vs the "A" when both devices are running Android 11, kung lower model yung "A" series mo, di na sya aabutin ng Android 12
Not only is the processor of the "A" series slower. Some mid-range device also use eMMC instead of UFS. UFS is not only faster, it's also more stable a year later.
Note lang ang kwadrado ang corners and curved screen. Which is why I like its aesthetic so much vs other phones, even the S which looks generic.
Eh ngayon non-curved screen na tapos hindi na super squared off edges. Mukha nang A-series.
iPhone also unique ang itsura with the 3-lens triangle camera config. iPhone 12 brings back the flat sides which again is a refreshing aesthetic.

If you've seen the reviews of the Note 20... lahat naman sila sinabing hindi sya worth sa $$$ na ibabayad mo. The Note 20 is also plastic! Compared to the Gorilla Glass Victus of the Note 20 Ultra
iPhone - aesthetics aside, Apple lang ang gumagamit ng stainless steel sa hardware ng phones nila
Same reason why I'm sticking with Sony, who cares if people think they look too dated. At least walang notch at butas sa screen para sa front facing cameras. Still waiting for Samsung's under-display cameras though, malamang mas ok execution nila. [emoji28]
Infairness naman sa A series, I think the A51 has UFS 3.0 (or baka 2.1 lang) already even with its so-so CPU/GPU. They had to cut corners to keep the price down but at least they didn't cheap out on the ROM.

AFAIK Sony is still the only manufacturer with a true 4k phone right?
I got myself a cheap Shinecon VR enclosure (the kind that just holds the phone to your eyes like Google Cardboard) and I can literally see the argument for 4k. On a Huawei P30 with a 2340x1080 I can definitely see the pixels coz the phone is literally an inch (or less) away from my eyes plus a lens to focus them.
anybody out there naka note 9 samsung? unfortunately isa ako sa adversely naapektuhan ng yellow tinged screen sa update ng samsung android mga 2mos ago. ipagawa ko na ba ito or should i hope this is just a software fix? i have read threads in other countries saying similar damage. samsung has been mum on the matter. thanks.

Yep, 5 phones hehe. Z5 Premium (2015), XZ Premium (2017), XZ2 Premium (2018), 1 (2019), 1 mark II (2020).
I'm perfectly fine with FHD+ resolution though, I usually watch 4K movies on the TV anyway.
Haven't heard any news from Google's VR pala, kahit wearOS halos walang major improvements. A few years back I got a cheap Cardboard VR copy from Aliexpress, got bored from the lack of content and VR-friendly media then medyo nakakahilo. [emoji28]
