Since they dont follow qualcomm protocols. Their circuit can demand 33w which is possible coz of that label.

Alam ko 3 temp sensors ang mino-monitor, then duty cycle is adjusted as per charge levels. It should be safe. Most of these newer fast charging phones have better heatsinks(pipes) to spread the heat.

Ouch, ang mahal naman ng Tab A (T510) dyan - wala ako sa Pinas ngayon...

Nasa mall ako 2 weekends ago to look at the Note 20 Ultra.

Then narinig ko yung katabi kong tumitingin... mas mura online.

Pag-check ko sa Lazada. S$300 lang incl shipping na, no warranty! (may S$295 kaso for pick-up)

Ah yeah super mas mura Samsung tablets in SG. I bought my dad a Samsung Tab 3 years ago na 40k dito pero 24k lang diyan.

Actually nagulat ako sa announcement ng Samsung...

Only OnePlus, Essential and Google has the same guarantee. (for Android)

Wala nang Essential, Android is Google and iilan lang naka OnePlus

For Apple - malaking bagay sa kanila extended support kasi malaki kita nila sa App Store.

For Samsung, wala naman silang mapapala sa App purchase mo.

Pero yung 2 year old S/Note/Z mo, magagamit mo pa ng extra year since may support pa din.

Trump is really out to kill Huawei!

Chip and phone supply chain shaken as Huawei faces mortal threat | Ars Technica

The global chip and smartphone industries are bracing for severe disruption after the US launched tougher sanctions against Huawei that some said could mean “death” for the company.

Washington said on Monday that no company worldwide would be allowed to sell semiconductors made using US software or equipment without a license if Huawei was involved at any stage of the transaction.

“We believe this step to significantly (almost completely) curtail Huawei’s ability to source any semiconductor from anyone,” Manish Nigam, head of Asian technology research at Credit Suisse, said in a research note.

There are a couple of full Windows tablets with optional keyboards online for under 10K, that's if you need full desktop apps, but for most users I guess iPad OS still has the most optimized apps for large screens unlike Androids.

Had a Lenovo miix 3 Win 8 tablet, was upgraded to Win 10 for free, terrible battery life and stuttery performance from the 2GB RAM + Intel Z3735F Atom, pero mapag tiyagaan na din.

Now that Apple has finally included mouse and keyboard support, iPads are really getting close to MacOS feel.

Personally I'm not a fan of OEM-specific charging protocols, for one, super fast charging does affect battery longevity, plus they need specific cables and adapters like OnePlus, or else di gagana.

Dami pa naman defective Type-C cables sa market so you have to choose the ones with the 56k Ohm resistor pa.

I've been charging overnight since 2015, so far effective yung Battery Care software ng Sony. It will stop at around 80-90%, then itutuloy niya sa umaga just before you wake up, para hindi babad sa 100% yung battery for long hours.

Works very well for Zoom, Meet, plus viewing PDFs and the like. Pencil/handwriting capability a big plus too for taking notes or highlighting readings.

Trying to convince myself if I need this.
Dito di hamak na mas mahal compared sa MY or SG.
Saka na lang magdecide pag nakababa na uli.
