IMO, the last "wow" Galaxy Note was the Note II
It was released with the latest version of Android (Jelly Bean) and looked much better than the S3.
S4 vs Note 3 - Note 3 had a better processor but same Android version out of the box (Jelly Bean)
2019 - Note 10 is expected to have the same specs as the S10, smaller battery than the S10+, same Android 9 (Q will be available around October)
Optical zoom - Samsung bought Corephotonics - expected to be available on the S11
64MP sensor - also expected on the S11
Triple aperture main camera - rumored, but we can also expect the S11 to have it
I find the pen really useful. But its getting harder to justify the extra $$$ of the Note series.
Impressive phone, it has a laser projector, and just $400. While other brands don't have space for a headphone jack, this one fits in a projector. [emoji23]
This Phone has a LASER PROJECTOR built in?! - YouTube

Android devices have very poor resale value.
Minsan nga, swerte mo kung may bumili.
In my case, use an Android phone for 2 years. A home remote for another 2, then recycle bin na after.
(Unlike iPhones)
Samsung Galaxy Note and S series will get 2 major updates, tapos nun "occasional updates" na lang. A series only get 1
Good example is the S7 - released with Android 6 and stuck with the 8)
Google only requires OEMs to update their devices up to 18 months - from the date of launch
Pixel gets 3 years, Android One gets 2
So think twice before you delay your Android purchase.
My experience with Apple is that, after it gets two or three major iOS updates, the performance drastically turns for the worse.
I am still sporting an S8+ from June 2017. Now 2 years old and running Pie. I'm still getting monthly to bi-monthly security updates. The performance hasn't degraded much but the feature list from the more modern Android version were a welcome improvement on UI.
I agree on the last remark.... but the same applies to iOS but for a somewhat different reason as I stated, IMO.
^Apple is saying the throttled performance is to save battery life...
So you can either replace the battery or turn off the throttling (I've never seen this option... 90% pa battery health ng iPhones ko after 2 years, super spare phone lang kasi)
^ That's BS. Let the owners choose if they want to throttle their phones or not to save on battery life.
Planned obsolescence naman talaga intention nila nagkataon lang na may dahilan nung nabuking. Malamang lahat yan ganyan din ang plan not just Apple. Kanya-kanyang paraan lang on how to make their products obsolete.
Question.... Are the Oppo A7 and A5s physically identical?
Are the accessories such as cases and screen protectors interchangeable between these two?
Background: Bought my daughter an A5s (recontract freebie from Globe) and I'm looking for a case to go with it. I read somewhere that these two models are physically identical. I'm wondering if I can use accessories originally meant for the A7 to be put on the A5s.
Same with Android...
Latest example is Pokemon Go...
