    i don't get it. ive checked cables. ala naman baluktot or something. phone line's okay. never experienced static in line...nde naman overheat yung modem...i live around 3 kms away from a pldt site....what else.... i turn my modem on/off when it acts up but still to no avail dead connection.... huhuhuhuhuhu technician who went by here last sunday (sunday pa talaga eh noh) said nothing was wrong. they were just having an upgrade kaya may glitches. but it is a month long glitch already! la lang... frustrated kase among all of you here ako lang ata ang nde pa nakakaenjoy ng pldt speed and continuous connection. haayy so happy.... sigh... even my mom told me even in the afternoons nde sha makapagcheck ng emails.. :isip isip isip:......

    ts1n1ta, mag-email ka sa mydsl*pldt.com.ph about your problems. ang kulit kulitin mo ng follow up email hanggang magreply sila (hindi kasali yung system generated replies) or meron tumawag or magpuntang technician sa inyo. hindi ko nga alam kung bakit nawala sa isip kong magemail sa kanila dati pa. although hindi pa 100% ok ang connection ko, nabawasan na malaki ang mga disconnections. mga lunch time up to early evening nalang ang disconnections

    tama.... itext mo, email mo and tawag.....

    ang sungit nga ng ibang operators nila eh... cguro nabasa ung mga reklamo ko. hehe.

    If you do make it work properly tho, I really think it's faster and better than other ISPS (Globe).

    ah oki i will do that now. Ive been calling up 172375 actually. lagi busy operators. then i text them through 026378303 nde na nga maganda nasasabi ko minsan sa sobrang frustrated. they call naman regarding the textx kaya lang alang malinaw na solusyon to the problems. Cge will email them naman. dun ko sila kukulitin.

    kme ren during lunch times walang connection nde makapag check ng mail.

    boybi, what modem are you using? You can try running its diagnostics function to see your line's noise margins, etc.

    weird nila. they tell me that maraming problema sa area namen, network problems, etc..... tapos after a week binigay lang ang dns numbers ok na.

    ive been connected 24/7 since last week pa. buti nalang I don't have the disconnect problems.

    Zyxel po ang modem na bigay saken. maybe if you switch modems..... maybe it'll work.

    lahat ng klaseng modem meron ang PLDT nasubukan ko na, in the end, bumalik ako sa very 1st modem ko which is Nortell.

    itinawag ko na sa PLDT ang unusually good connection mo. They said they'll look into it daw. hehehehehe.
