my bayantel dsl bumbagal lang for 1-5 mins..on specific times of 6pm, 9pm and 12am.
ang dsl connection namin is only the dsl service itself...kaya siguro bihira ang DC....nga pala, bayantel calls their subscribers kung may scheduled na "no-internet" or "systems-upgrade"..
sabi nila from 3-5am tomorrow, july 13,2005, walang internet....titignan ko kung anu na mangyayari after their upgrade......

Check the cabling of the phone line to the modem and then to your pc. Minsan kasi nakatwist or may nakaipit, or nakapatong sa mainit na bagay. This will degrade performance.
Also, try to clean the DSL modem once in a while, and place the modem in a well-ventilated area, since a hot modem does degrade the performance. If its hot, pwede mo rin tapatan ng electric fan.
Try also to download the Ad-Aware program. I've seen extreme slowdowns of internet access because of spyware. Nung natanggal, ayan ok na ulit.

THey've not shown up on TWO APPOINTMENTS THEY THEMSELVES HAVE SET UP. Ano ba ako? tambay sa bahay?
THey don't even have the decency to CANCEL. Hmmm... Is this the kind of technical support I'm going to get? It doesn't bode well.
