Service department namin handle 10000 calls daily.

They do call clarification(a reference number is generated) and remote service.

If above doesnt solve the issue, a site dispatch is done. Some dispatch are cancelled/closed if customer fails to answer a phone call from the site tech.

They will not call you if that ticket is already cancelled/closed.

I suggest you call 171 and ask for an update your reference number.
