Service department namin handle 10000 calls daily.
They do call clarification(a reference number is generated) and remote service.
If above doesnt solve the issue, a site dispatch is done. Some dispatch are cancelled/closed if customer fails to answer a phone call from the site tech.
They will not call you if that ticket is already cancelled/closed.
I suggest you call 171 and ask for an update your reference number.

Uls, unang una sa lahat..pumila ang sister in law ko sa PLDT - Ponciano ng 3........hours. Tinanong naman sila, tapos sinabihan pa syang, no problem kasi may fiber slots din daw sa lilipatan. Then multiple times, na ng dropped ng number bro ko(PLDT Home) para tawagan. October na lang walang tawag. Hindi ba nila kayang tumawag? They can call my bro, if they're willing to do so. Kaso wala e, useless yung PLDT Home comm ni PLDT.

last year may ganyan ako experience sa 171
almost 1 month sira ang isang PLDT line namin (not linked sa internet)
pag nag follow up ako lagi sinasabi naka elevate na daw sa technical
ang ginawa ko since malapit lang naman ang PLDT business center (near welcome rotonda) pumunta talaga ako para mag complain
within a couple of days may pumunta lineman hehe
And di na nila charge ung 1 month na walang service

Hirap lahat kumilos ngayon may pandemic. So expect more delays than usual with any service provider. Agree with the other guys. Follow up ka lang lagi, magagawa din.
Had intermittent LOS last week. Nagawa naman nila remotely before the week ended.
Also had Fiber installed just recently. Getting 56.7/56 mbps up/download speed with 3 ping and jitter for my 50 mbps plan.![]()
