    My complain with pldt already four months but no action done yet. They say they will elevate to their technical support and will give me a call but no calls whatsoever.

    I did this before when we moved to a different house. The nearest cabinet is still a bit far and the installers offered to extend the cable to our house. The rate is per post na dadaanan ng cable nila. It was some couple of years ago. I think the rate that time was P500 per post.

    Modem needs changing. Chipset is probably overheating.
