Anyway, the I-16 with superhuman pilot isn't new. I've seen the same with P-39's in 1942: Pacific Air War (Microprose 1994). There's nothing more frustrating than to see a P-39 Airacobra outclimbing and outmaneuvering a Zero then make deadly zoom and boom attacks.
That's what the I-16 in IL-2 reminds me of.
Also, I noticed Forgotten Battles is crash-happy without those patches.
