December 7th, 2023 03:57 PM #412in the olden days, we would bring our TV, big and heavy as it was (CRT, 'natch!) to the service center.
but then again, our TV wasn't nailed to the wall.
if TS's is nailed to the wall, he probably has little choice but to call the serviceman.
if owner can't contact samsung, i recommend he brings it to the service center.
that is, if he can't do home troubleshooting, as what some online instructions suggest.
our current tv is a 32 inch samsung that we purchased, used, for a song, from previous owner who was "moving up".
it's been over 5 years of satisfying viewing.Last edited by dr. d; December 7th, 2023 at 04:02 PM.

For large appliances, including TVs, alam ko warranty repairs are automatically home service and/or pick-up/drop-off.
Anyway, maybe it's just "soft-bricked", and just needs to be power-cycled..... unplug, wait 30 seconds (or until the Standby LED goes out), then plug it back in.
Sometimes the OS or an app crashes and the TV becomes temporarily unresponsive. If so, a power-cycle will often fix it.
I have a Samsung smart TV that is maybe 8 or 9 years old. I only have had to unplug it a couple of times when it got stuck in an app and wasn't responding to any button inputs.

Anong Chinese brand na ba ang available sa market? Yung Leoch brand may nakita na ko post sa FB....
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
