February 22nd, 2023 10:48 AM #381Abang-abang ka nalang cgro ng sale.
Yung X80k na nabili ni BratPAQ, nakuha namin at 35k.
I thought mag downward na price from 35k pero bumalik pala sa 40k.
Yung disadvantage lang ng model nito is masyadong makapal compare to Samsung.
But na compensate naman sa sound quality kasi maganda sound quality ni Sony.
Baka masyado malaki speaker system ni Sony causing it to be thicker than Samsung.

Nga pala, yung TCL Android TV, di pwede 5G.. Sa ibang brands ba ganun din? Curious lang ako..
Yung isa pa, yung Netflix ko sa TCL walang x2 play speed.. Sa ibang brand meron ba? Or basta TV wala talaga?
Pasama na din Disney+ [emoji16] kung may x2 play speed sa inyo.

Ok, I was wondering if my KD-49X8007H is a Bravia or just another Sony LED tv. Also, is this the X80 series being referred to by BratPAQ?

Yung Xiaomi 65" ko is good for 2.4G/5Ghz na. I think wala lang din yung 2x play speed.
Not sure I've seen that in my brother's Samsung Smart TVs also.
Let's see with the other brands here, e.g. Sony, Panasonic, etc.
Earlier, there were questions on safeguarding their Smart TV investment via AVR or UPS.
I think well regulated na naman yung mga Smart TVs ngayon. Pero you can check pa rin.
If you see it's capable of at least 160~240V, or better 90~250V, then no need of AVR.
A pretty good servo AVR is almost the same cost as with a good UPS, so for me a UPS will be better.
That would be up to a certain load capacity, like 360~500W. Larger and it gets prohibitive really fast.
I've found the CyberPower UPS a good alternative to APC. This model is less than 2,000 at 650VA/360W.
This is line interactive already, and with 120J of surge protection, plus protected ethernet connection.
Just for basic protection, a power on delay (POD) will protect for start up surges.
Ito usually yung just after a brownout/ blackout when voltage hasn't stabilized yet.
The POD waits for 4~6 minutes before turning on. It's usually about Php385.00.
For a little more protection, a surge suppressor adds a bit more peace of mind.
It adds 900 Joules of surge suppression for the usual voltage spikes and surge currents in the line.
