panasonic used to be not made in china. are they still not made in china?
Most models are made in Thailand and high-end ones are Japan made.
Ours is Thailand at top freezer pala.

afaik, panasonic refs are made in taytay phils. during my HS field trip (not so long ago ) we were able to visit its plant in taytay and we got to see how the refs were made.

Our old panasonic ref was 14 yrs old but malakas sa kuryente. Was very satisifed compare sa samsung ref na nabili ng sister-in-law ko, bumigay agad lamig after 1 yr. Now Ive got a chance to replace my old panasonic ref with an inverter and after 1 month, bumaba nga electric bill namin. So far ok naman inverter panasonic ref namin. Hopefully durability is at par with our old one.

Just bought an inverter panasonic too few days ago. Mga ilang piso na bawas electricity bill mo?

Yung pinalitan eh 12 years old condura. I feel malakas na sa electricity kasi madali na buksan yung pinto ng fridge and I think that's the reason bakit nagyeyelo ang bandang likod ng fridge.

I wonder too if I should buy an AVR for it. For now kasi surge protector lang ginagamit ko.

Before our ref was replaced, I was billed an amount of 7k-8k range. We have 2 window type aircons (1 inverter, 1 non-inverted) with 0.75 HP each.
After our ref has been replaced with a bigger one but an inverter type Panasonic, it 's now in a range of 5k+ - 6k+.
Aircon use is almost 24 hrs with 1 non-inverter used an estimate between 4-6 hrs, and the inverter one is almost 18 hrs.

Anyone can recommend a good AVR for inverter ref? Do I really need it? Saw one online abenson and almost 4k.

I'm thinking I need it cause sometimes during typhoon out electricity will turn off and turn on few times before it will go completely black out.

My led tv and inverter ref I dont use avr because it is not needed as our voltage is well regulated. For sudden voltage surge or fluctuation I just pull out the plug once it is normalize i just plug it in besides it has safety device installed inside the inverter ref.
