Bulok talaga pdlt pinaka worst customer service. Pldt dsl namin pag may tumawag or gumamit ng landline na ddc yung DSL. Ilan months namin complain hindi inaayos. Buti nalang meron converge sa area namin kaya lumipat na ako. Sabi ng naka kausap kong tech ng converge. Konti nalang daw employee ng sub contractor ng pldt sa area namin.

How's converge? Hinde naman madalas nag down or if ever down mabilis naman restore

3 months na ako subscriber once pa lang nag ka down time ng 3-4 hours lang ata. Kaka avail ko lang ng add 99pesos for additional 10 mbps para 35mbps speed ko. Sulit talaga converge

Current subscribers usually get silent upgrade as well ...

I've read on their site that existing subscriber can get the upgrade for "free" pero 24 months lock-in.

My first GSM phone was Globe Postpaid. 1990s pa at Nokia 1610 ang phone. But the signal was so bad in the Triangles/QMCircle/Diliman QC area where I lived and worked that I had returned it a year later and switched to Smart prepaid. Never looked back.

I grew up with PLDT landlines because they were still a monopoly, and they sucked. Finally had them disconnected in the 2000s and shifted to Bayantel landline and DSL. It was OK for a while until Globe bought it. No bill for months, then they accused us of not paying and threatened to cut us off. I said go ahead, disconnect me. They probably realized they made a mistake, and asked if we would like to upgrade our plan instead. My wife told them to go to hell.

We moved to another subdivision in QC two years ago. All cell systems had spotty signal inside our houses, so it was common for people to go out to the street to have voice calls. But coverage has improved since then. We got PLDT landline and DSL because Globe and Converge wasn't available in my street yet. I was VERY lucky that installation arrived less than a week after application, and that service was quite stable. We shifted to Fibr when it became available in our street. Again we've been VERY lucky that installation came less than a week after application, and speed averages the promised 20mbps.

Yup yung 10mbps subscription ko usually nasa 12mbps ang speedtest results.

But I think I'll stick it out with converge na lang. I'm really fed up with PLDT's service.

Plus we personally applied from the shot caller of converge. Nakakahiya naman dahil he personally handled it Actually sinabi ng converge wala ng slot and I told the him about it when the he asked for my address and said he'll personally handle it. Next day meron na tumawag and magically nagkaroon ng slot. [emoji23]

Big shout out to this man. Very down to earth and nag reply talaga sa text.


Kaya mga pards lipat na kayo ng converge. [emoji39] kailangan na talaga maturuan ng leksyon itong PLDT.

Mukhang maraming may galit sa PLDT ah [emoji23]. But infairness to them, okay naman yung fiber ng PLDT samin. We got their package na net(20mbps)+cignal cable(for nba premium)+landline (P2150 ata). Di pa naman kami nakaexperience ng problem..

Actually converge ang mas mabilis mag Latag ng linya kesa PLDT yan yata strategy nila yun mga wala pang network ng fiber ni PLDT doon sila pumapasok dito.

Parang utang na loob pa natin mag subscribe sa PLDT. Once ma install converge hopefully this week. Kahit hinde ayaw ko pumili sa business center ng PLDT pupunta agad ako para pa disconnect
