Sige with everything, inflation and all before the inavasion and nagiging issue kay biden yan increase before pa but If walang invasion same pa rin yun increase ngayon?

    meron effect

didn't i keep posting about the effect on the price of wheat right before the invasion?

pero commodities prices were already rising in 2021

ask Sir Boybi he's in the commodities business

the war made things worse pero it's not the only cause

Prices of commodities were already at all time high way before the war. Yes, the war may have exacerbated it, but even without the war, prices will still keep rising.

Some factors affecting the rise in prices:
    1. scaled down manufacturing and harvesting due to lack of workers because of lockdowns
    2. countries relaxing their covid restrictions, hence increased consumptions, but still very low supply of commodities because of #1 above.
    3. problems with shipping worldwide

Recovery is on the way since the virus was somehow declared as endemic. Kahit shipping problem laji na improvement versus last year. Lalo na of some of our suppliers are from Cebu pa.

The fuel price increase made this start of recovery so much more difficult.

Sa 11 principals namin dalawa lang may abiso for price increase before the war and selected items lang may price increase at minimal. These war did not just accelerate the price increase, it made the increase bigger than what it should have been made. Fuel prices is the biggest reason. Employees naghahanap na din higher salary or allowances and good people especially drivers with 123 code are difficult to come by. Pataasan ng salary which is also exarberated now kasi pamasahe at pagkain sa carinderia tumaas na.

But it's the most damning and proximate cause.

to be clear the war made things worse

    meron effect ung war

pero mas malaki effect ung production/supply chain disruption + money printing / stimulus

you dump trillions of dollars of newly printed money into a global economy that's trying to recover from disruptions caused by pandemic lockdowns

too much demand $$$ chasing limited supply = inflation

    -

the war caused prices TO RISE FROM AN ALREADY HIGH BASE

and as the war keeps going and more countries get involved, prices will rise even further

and not only that, there will be shortages

    hang on

Still if this war didn't happen we are on the way to recovery na sana.

This didn't just made things worse, it's the worst thing to happen to an already relling economy brought by covid-19.

How much more if you add the other factors. But fuel prices talaga yung pinaka-affected tayo sa Pinas. Kitang-kita naman. All that uses fuel will need to increase prices. Leche talagang giyera yan.

Andyan na wage increase, sunod na din siyempre another round of prices increase for commodities or if not, scaled down products. In the end, purchasing power is reduced significantly.

Before the war, ang projection sa commodities (food) was prices will keep going up until the end of 1st half of 2022.

if this war didn't happen global commodities prices are still going up because of supply/supply chain disruptions + too much demand coz of stimulus money
