where nukes are involved,
it does not really matter too much, who has more...
no one wins in a nuclear shooting war anymore.
my opinion.
its china vs taiwan so it will be conventional warfare like what you see now in ukraine..should the west intervene then it will escalate into nuclear war depending on how ready is chinas leadership for WWIII
the last time the US intervened they employed the go in between maneuver..US made one of their aircraft carriers a hefty target for the chinese to hit in the taiwan strait..the chinese chose to deescalate

Russia has long stressed in the past years in its talks with the US that it will not take lightly the build up of NATO on its borders. Putin is asking to have these NATO forces piling up on what was formerly the East bloc countries (Warsaw Pact) to move out.
The US and NATO have disregarded these requests by Russia. Ukraine is the last one before NATO is knocking on the widest part of the Russian border. Since Ukraine is not yet part of NATO, countries are not obliged to defend it in case Russia invades.

there are reports that ukrainian soldiers at the front are laying down their weapons and chose not to fight like the western trained afghan army
also ukrainian jets sought refuge to romania and chose not to fight
while the central govt declared martial law
if desertion goes all the way to kiev and western backed ukrainian leader flee to the west then it could be over soon

I read russia has poor food security. They can all die of hunger soon i hope severe sanction and embargo will slap them and their currency+ economy continues to collapse.
prior to this event russian military held a nuclear exercise which putin personally supervised and monitored by NATO to let them know which european city will be at the receiving end of the 1st nuclear strike from russia

exactly. best way to describe it is it's like cuban missile crisis but in reverse. back then the americans didn't like having soviet nukes in cuba (which is super near florida)
