Regarding cobdo prices. Look at the prices in rockwell now for the proscenium development. This is the secondary market.

there's too much liquidity out there looking for places to park

many prefer to park cash in condos

too much cash chasing finite developments

Imagine prices of real estate when foreigners are allowed to own land.......

Its a sword that cuts both ways....

It will create unimaginable wealth for existing landowners

It will also price ordinary folks out of the market

But if foreign companies can really invest here....job opportunities will also increase....building a bigger and stronger middle class....which will drive up demand and prices even more.

Buy now while you still can hehe.
