ukraine-russia conflict will affect fertilizer production on a worldwide scale so fertilizer will be more expensive that will affect the purchase price of any government for that matter..likewise fuel cost are surging due to that conflict that will affect the mechanized harvesting you mentioned

effects of climate change destroys rice crops on a regular basis

villar and other land developers plants houses when they convert these agricultural lands to gated communities

even without the middle men factored in..the cost of producing rice is on an upward trend which is contrary to the promise of a P20 rice price per kilo

so the only way to achieve the P20 per kilo campaign promise will be to HEAVILY SUBSIDIZE these farm inputs..hence my question about source of FUNDINGS all of these..kaya nais namin malaman kung sa TALLANO GOLD ba kukunin ang pondo para maisakatuparan ang pangakong P20 per kilo rice
