    100% Photoshopped

The “PHO/TANAUAN” is not curved, despite the logo on the left being completely curved back

Not a good photoshop IMO, same skill level as those making fake covid test certificates

I think it is the same Christopher Lao, ung involved sa Frigate at sa DBM-PS P42B deal. Now we see the connection.

He was an undersecretary sa Office of the Special Asst. to the President, but Bong Go denies Lao was his staff.

And I think Digong in anticipation tried the squid tactic, saying he ordered Duque to do away with the bidding of PPE making it a perfect cover.

No bidding. They rushed to show the public that they acted fast. They violated purchasing rules, in the guise of acting quickly due to the pandemic. When they saw that there is an issue of overpricing, nilaglag si Lao. 27 pesos per face mask? 140 pesos per face shield?

Buking ang overpricing kaya nilaglag na si Lao!

FALSE: Bong Go has no ties to ex-DBM official Christopher Lao

Gordon said he was "astounded" by the high prices, rejecting the explanation of the DBM-PS to the Commission on Audit (COA) that the scarce supply at the beginning of the pandemic left them no choice but to buy what was available.

Gordon said the Philippine Red Cross was able to buy in the same time period face masks at P5 per piece, and shields for P15 per piece.
