More annoying than Duterte for me are the people who continue to support him.

The latest Pharmally debacle is a clear example of corruption and nepotism, yet the supporters seem to turn a blind eye to it.

If the theft of billions that has led to the death of thousands and the financial ruin of thousands more still doesn’t stir people up, I think this country is truly hopeless.

You are not alone. One of the biggest flaws of the Filipino electrolate is regionalism. With the Mindanaoans I know, they voted Dugong into power at the time not because they believe in him but because he will be the first Mindanaoan President.

Marcos, inspite of how he dragged the country down, lived like royalty & transformed the country into the sick man of Asia is still revered by the people of the north & will continue to support his decendants.

I feel this country is hopeless. I firmly believe Filipinos don’t love their country. Filipinos are used to living by the moment & don’t really care for the future. For those who are still young or just starting a family, seriously consider moving to another country. There is no future for you here.

This idea of a Mindanaoan President was AFAIK FVR's idea, and as for the fanboy's idol, it is really unbelievable that they even made his birthdate a holiday (well at least in Ilocos Norte) despite the fact that he total wrecked this country. Personality based pa rin ang pulitika ng Pilipinas aside from being a modern day feudal system.

he was an out 'n out dds until his brother was supposedly killed by the authorities in davao city. he also mentioned his business went belly-up shortly after (or was it simultaneously) too that's why he got disillusioned w/ the palakad of the president and his mayoral daughter. i hope he's doing good now.

Sadly, it takes a really "hard knock in the head" or "hits home" before magising yung mga nag-bubulag-bulagan. Although some have started to realize the folly of Dutete and his cabal without having to be directly affected.

Kulang yata experience ninyo sa politics sa pilipinas. Kaya lumalayo sila ping at gordon kay duterte sinabinan na kasi silang enabler. Kailan makuha ni ping yung boto nila grace poe at binay.
