    Bayanihan Law 1 & 2 lapsed/expired without the healthcare workers receiving their benefits and funds staying at DOH. Mismanagement. Inefficiency. Negligence. Yet Duque stays. Oh well, we must truly deserve the BS we're in right now. Assuming, without accepting, na hindi mo nga ninakaw, patuloy mo pa rin silang pinagdurusa. Mas malala pa sa pagnanakaw yan.
