You watched too many conspiracy movies bai.You have to be a bisdak to understand duterte's pronouncements and read between the lines. During his speech a few days ago in Maasin, Leyte wherein he talked mostly in the cebuano dialect, he proudly talked about the mayors who were killed in the war on drugs (Espinosa and Parojinog) and added Halili's name. Either he was too excited to claim the credit or he was lying. Which one do you think he is kags? I know advance ka magisip so baka na foresee mo na ang assassination ni halili.
