Spotter? Maybe someone can confirm. But if the shooter indeed had a spotter, this was a very expensive and well prepared hit.

considering the target, i think so.
it wasn't drive-by or random one.

you need to calculate wind velocity, whether you have a stationary or moving target, the distance, and the rifle used.

May M14 na semi-auto afaik. Pang sniper talaga ito kasi malayo effective range especially if may optics.

the video differs from the factual environment in halili. in the latter, the target was stationary; the assassin, most probably a sniper, was meters away from where he fell.

obviously, that security maneuver in the video doesn't apply.

nobody can escape from a sniper, except the lucky ones. jfk didn't (and he was even moving), despite the much-vaunted skills of the secret service.

as i said, his close-in were able to draw their FAs in matter of seconds and had the presence of mind to call for a get-away.

to make a long story short, they were not headless chickens.
