The point I was making though, is that

1) CH can use them on PH targets, whether those targets are on land, sea or air, your choice.

2) PH has a right to be worried, kung matino ang mga leaders nito -- eh si PSYCHO nasa malacanang, so baka nga "what me worry?" and "too late the hero" ang motto nila.

3) Kung di mag-iingay at mag "feeling" threatened ang PH, kelan dapat matakot ang PH? Kung may surface to surface missiles na sa Scarborough which is just 13 nautical miles away?

Ay sus, by then, baka yung 100M na population, kalahati na lang.
