di ako lawyer but from reading that it sounded like hindi convincing ang testimony ng witness or questionable ang motive ng witness

kahit alam ng lahat na bigtime drug personalities ang mga accused, judges cannot convict people pag hindi convincing ang witness

sounded like those who filed the case didn't do their homework (i mean they didn't file a strong case if that's the terminology)

pwede naman daw mag file ng case uli

so if i may ask again, so balewala lahat ng affidavits and sworn statement of Kerwin that he is a drug lord and his knowledge of the dealings of drugs between him and De5 is also void ergo the case against De5 should also be dismissed right?

i am not delawan just a pinoy who is frustrated and concerned with the current bias this government has shown
