I am also doing a research on TRAIN and it seems indeed that its more of a bane than a boon.

sorry..you missed understood due to my incomplete post, i should have added more to my sentence...i was referring to us pinoys not to the people of venezuela....i think we are at a over abundance, even our poor are diabetic and hypertensive..you can chk this by asking you local barangay health centers

we i do feel sorry for our poor...problem is, mas gusto pa nilang mag complain than doing something about it, theyll tell you they dont have any food to eat, pero pang cellphone load at pang red horse, they have a budget for it..gawin nalang nating example mga free housing...theyll sell it or rent it out, sa street kids ako naaawa, they steal or sell their bodies just to support their family or themselves...pero sa mga able bodied adults..wala...if they really want to work, there are plenty of opportunities..wag lang mapili..

Agree on that. Sayang nga at yung free education sa elementary st hs kulang ata instillment na higitbsa lahat eh mabuti at malusog na pangangatawan. Health is truly wealth ika nga.

there is a study about hunger and caloric restictions, people live longer if in a caloric deficit as long as he is not malnourished, meaning they still intake their daily allowance of macro and micronutrients..from Dr robert lustig "you can be fat and still be malnourish"...thats why...being hungry is sometimes a good thing papi

i been studying Jollibee menu lately. alam mo tingen ko babagsak na jollibee, halos 1/4 na ng display nila sa menu eh chicken, 1 pc chicken, 2 pc chicken, chicken with spaghetti, chicken with soup, chicken with fries.

hinde naman KFC ang Jollibee ah, bat naging chicken fastfood na sya. wala na wala identity. buti pa Mcdo dami klase ng burger, tapos may small medium large pa din. Jollibee lahat small ang naka-highlight, parang ayaw magbigay ng larger size.

pero lahat sa price range ng 88 to 120. ano sila Japan Home ng fastfood? they can't be like that kasi Japan home maliit na stores lang yun eh sila naka-public pa sa stocks.
