1. Harry Roque and his "we will thank China someday" statement - all of my friends who were his students in UP Law get more and more shookt as everything Roque does is the complete opposite of what he taught. Really dissapointing that money and the promise of power could completely turn a guy inside out.
2. PAO's Persida Acosta has become an attack dog that bypasses all legal processes and prosecutes whover they want, with the results they want to get already predetermined - regardless if it goes against scientific evidence. And her voice is so annoyingly shrill - she's a very good personification of Dolores Umbridge.
3. The demolition campaign against CJ Sereno has really gone off-tangent and has turned into an all-out attack to tarnish her reputation. No different from what they did with De Lima and Ressa. The message is clear - this government will crush with all their might whoever goes against them. Goodbye dissent and democracy.
The change in this country has been radical indeed, though it has become increasingly evident that the power has shifted to the wrong set of hands.

I know of people who specifically cited this campaign promise as a reason to vote for Duterte. Hindi daw siya parang ibang politiko na nangangako lang sa kampanya tapos hindi ginagawa.
Well, it's just one of many broken promises. Though compared to hyperboles like jetskiing to Scarborough, this one was actually taken seriously by a lot of people who are now utterly let down.
