At least with the previous admin you can have a life. With this one, continued existence isn't guaranteed. Coupled with the many issues this still young admin has, it's hard to see the status quo as preferable to the past.

I get that politicians should get their act together and be proactive in becoming more inclusive and addressing collective grievances. But what we have right now isn't the solution. It's a prelude to things becoming a lot worse.

Already they have weakened institutions that should be providing checks and balances to abuses. Very soon it won't matter who you are. The admin will do whatever the hell it wants and nobody, not even the poor/promdi/jologs who think they are riding du30's coat tails to a better life will be able to complain.
