Manileno elites have ruled the country for too long

Hatred of promdis / promdi elites towards manileno / manileno elites is real

Notice eerything they're doing is to spite or annoy the manilenos

Sabotage daw... Sigurado tatakbo agad diyan yung taga PAO at VACC para di ma kakuha ng political mileage ng iba...

Saw this on Twitter this morning. Poor choice of colors imho, i'm pretty sure some trolls will say this is a "dilawan" conspiracy.

Save for the Aquinos, the same elites are running the country.

Duterte's a Marcos apologist FFS. The Arroyos are back in power too. And in case you didn't notice, it's still the same elites that are part of the supermajority of the House, just with Duterte's BFFs as figureheads and lapdogs.

So how exactly are Manilenos spited? Rich Manilenos are still rich. The middle class are still the middle class. Poor Manilenos are still poor. Just that more poor folks are getting killed as collateral damage day by day.

Metro Manila remains to be the central business hub of the country, but other areas are still developing at an ultra-fast pace, like it was before the current admin. It still has the best schools, hospitals, and most employment opportunities in the country.

Actually, same case even with the provinces too. Every day I talk to the same people who are still on the brink of poverty, the same business owners who continue to kowtow to whoever's in power in order to protect their economic interests. There has been no shift in the balance of power save for a few names who the government is rabidly trying to neutralize.

In fact, the biggest change now is that the government can launch a full-scale demolition job against their opposition (and even neutral parties like Sereno and Morales) without any check and balance from the rest of the Senate and Congress, and even the SC isn't spared from the partisan politics.

I would believe that one can never rid society of inequalities. That's life, there will always be a hierarchy. For me what matters more is how to get more wealth and opportunity to trickle down and give everyone that fighting chance at climbing and attaining success.

The alleged corpse of "Kulot" has been buried. The PNP is demanding it's return, based on scientific DNA proof. While PAO says that positive identification by the parents, who they say are suffering from post traumatic stress, takes precedent over what they call illegal DNA test.... galing ni Acosta!

wealthy Davaoenos, Cebuanos, other wealthy promdis now have more influence on central government than before

there are now a new set of untouchables

    --

how to spite those condescending Manilenos:

"inis na inis sila kay Mocha no? inisin natin lalo. bigyan si Mocha ng trabaho"

"mga kaibigan/kamaganak nila free-riding sa foreign trips. inisin natin sila. doblehin natin ang mga biyahe natin, doblehin ang mga isasama natin"

"mga konyo mahal nila ang kano. inisin natin. kaibiganin natin ang mga kaaway ng amerika"

    --

if you're sensitive to what the admin does, you'll notice a lot of what they do is to annoy their critics

    --

they know what irritates you, they'll double down

    you'll double face palm

    --

    Manileno not = geography

    more than geography

    it's cultural

Manilenos have long looked down on bisaya and bisayas know it

this is their opportunity to get back at Manilenos

    Du30 paved the way

They'll support Du30 despite his flaws

Like how supporters love Trump despite his flaws

coz the alternative is even less acceptable

ok sige lang, in the end... sabay sabay tayo babagsak. just because they hates manileņo's where all the power is in daw.

look at up sa congress at sino sino ba andun. mga trapo din diba. senate naman is for entertainment nalang. anong nangyayari sa hearings nila? meron ba nakakasuhan o nakukulong after senate inquiries?
does politics change? no. they just change sides now and licking the *** of their boss.
if you don't dance with the music, no budget for you, baka malagay pa sila sa drugs watchlist book ni san pedro.

at first ok sana yun tokhang dahil daming pagbabago but now parang sumosobra na. they just kill anybody they want.
nakakatakot na maglakad sa kalye ngayon then my riding in tandem approaching you. kahit katabi ng sasakyan mo sa kalsada na naka riding in tandem.

kill now, just see later kung tama un napatay. if mistaken identity. pasensya na.

konyos jailed artistas during the pork barrel scandal

    konyos look down on artistas

du30 admin: "previous admin was selective"

    what's happening now is cultural

if the US is divided by ideology (liberal and conservative)

the Philippines is divided by class

there's a minority in the Phils. that defines class not only by wealth but by pedigree (sila ang mga tinatawag kong konyo. hindi dahil anti-du30 ka konyo ka)

kung new rich ka you don't automatically join the club (new rich think Pacquiao, mga artista, fil-chi businessmen)

money ain't enough coz di ka tisoy

    there's hatred towards that minority

    it's real

    i'm not imagining it

To me all government should do is get better at providing opportunities for the poor to better themselves. And improve conditions for even poor families to live decently. Food and basic utilities should be made a lot more affordable.

In Thailand I noticed that the poor eat relatively well, even with the minimum wage being lower than ours. Sure they still have a lot less comfort in life compared to the rich, but there at least they can live a decent life with what they make.

As for our elite friends from way down South, I think they will eventually realize (if they haven't already) that this admin is off the rails batsh#t crazy and sinking the only ship all of us are on.
