The alleged corpse of "Kulot" has been buried. The PNP is demanding it's return, based on scientific DNA proof. While PAO says that positive identification by the parents, who they say are suffering from post traumatic stress, takes precedent over what they call illegal DNA test.... galing ni Acosta!

if kulot was born in a government hospital,

the dna test is true, that the boy's dna does not match his parents.

because they took home the wrong baby 14 years ago.

So help me understand uls, what does konyo mean? How does it differentiate from oligarch and elite? There are lots of rich people in Cebu and Negros of Spanish descent who are openly supporting digong. Their kids were the untouchables during my college days. Are they not elites because they are not living in Manila?

Here's my conspiracy theory:

- the PNP's tests could not conclusively say that it is Kulot...maybe the DNA sample was too degraded, maybe there are oher more sinister reasons....but instead of saying they could not prove it was Kulot, they said that it was not Kulot. An analogy would be to say that the white rock in your hand is not white because you have your eyes closed and you could not tell if it's white or not.

- to prevent any further DNA testing, the PNP tried to get the body, reasoning out that since it wasn't Kulot, then the parents have no right to it. Palusot na lang nila that they were trying to get another DNA sample when they could not get the body....why on earth would anyone get another DNA sample, allegedly to conduct another DNA test, when you've already done one and have gotten conclusive findings from it? Why try to take the whole body when a small sample is enough for a test?
