Comelec accepts Duterte COC for president

The Commission on Elections en banc decided on Thursday to accept the substitution of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte as presidential candidate for PDP-Laban in the 2016 polls.

At a press conference, Comelec chair Andres Bautista said the en banc voted 6-1 to accept Duterte as substitute for Martin Diño, who filed a certificate of candidacy under PDP-Laban then withdrew it, citing the mayor as replacement.

"This means he is now in our list of candidates. It is an administrative move on part of Comelec en banc," Bautista said.

Duterte's candidacy, however, may still be blocked by a separate disqualification case filed against him by broadcaster Ruben Castor.

"Substitution naman is allowed. From an administrative standpoint, we accept, but his candidacy still subject to petition vs. him," Bautista said.

The said case, initially submitted for resolution on Tuesday, will be heard by the First Division on Friday morning.

According to Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon, a member of the said division, they have subpoenaed two lawyers who notarized Duterte's COC for president, as well as his certificate of withdrawal for his COC for reelection in Davao City.

Bautista reiterated that Duterte was not given special treatment.

When I'm going to do something like this, I pray to the Lord at night. lord magbsbayad na Lang kami sa munisipyo para mapabjli a ang sanitary permit but don't worry lord I promise our restaurant to be clean and safe. I will personally handle it. Ganun dapat. Hindi yun kabig ka ng kabig tapos pag nakita kayo ng friends, I hate Binay coz he's corrupt, I hate Duterte coz he fast-forwards everything. Yan ang to too hypocrite. Remember the hidden force of demerit and merit system ...

The children are corrupt too. Studies show that millenials have a lot of sense of entitlement, that is a by-product of spoiled parenting,

By giving them so much love and shielding from sacrifice and suffering, we are corrupting their well-being, and therefore, we produce a future society that is more corrupt than the previous generation

Corruption is not only about money and costs, Corruption starts with the mind. When a child reads or experiences something like for example they got exempt from ROTC or some important school function coz of love by mommy.
The child is corrupted,

Kaya nga naimbento ang communism eh, because long before the industrial revolution, the Age of Enlightenment produced millenial-like individuals coz of overprotective parents of the 18th century . So Karl Marx invented the idea the family is the first source of injustice : hence communism.

History repeats itself bro, we are looking at a lost generation whose values are instant gratification not sacrifice nor suffering. Don't take my word for it, observe them

That's why I'm more inclined to believe that we are really heading to another world war. Why? Because someone will hate these corrupted generations and become idealistic and then annihilation part deux.

So my solution, accept corruption as a way of life, we avoid War or World war 3.
