It's bad enough that police who were "Sinibak sa pwesto" for criminal acts aren't dismissed from service completely. They were reassigned, and now reinstated.

Looks like loyalty to the du30 admin is all you need to get a free pass from criminal liability.

Reporters should stop using that term "sibak sa pwesto". It gives the false impression that these thugs are being punished.
