challenging somebody to a duel is crime under article 261 of the revised penal code:

Art. 261. Challenging to a duel. — The penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period shall be imposed upon any person who shall challenge another, or incite another to give or accept a challenge to a duel, or shall scoff at or decry another publicly for having refused to accept a challenge to fight a duel.

Fact of the matter is, undergrad lang pala si Mar and GP compared to the other candidates
    Sorry, what?

    AdMU has 4 undergraduate colleges:
    - John Gokongwei School of Management
    - School of Social Sciences
    - School of Humanities
    - School of Science and Engineering

    Likewise, UPenn's undergrad colleges:
    - Wharton School of Business
    - College of Arts and Sciences
    - School of Nursing
    - School of Engineering and Applied Sciences

How is that not a proper analogy?

Why are there other Ateneo campuses being dragged in? We're only talking of UPenn, in Philadelphia, where Wharton is located.

Mar can say that he graduated from Wharton, and that he graduated from UPenn.

What? So you are saying that Duterte is already a "CRIMINAL"? without due process, a person cannot be a criminal. Is that correct Atty? You are a criminal lawyer, are you listening to yourself?

    isu, what are you?
did i tell you to read?
did i tell you to not to talk without thinking otherwise argue with all the valor of ignorance?
do you understand "due process of law"?
do you know how to read?
    do you understand at all?
from all indications, you are too dense. you read again my last post so that you'll understand it. get a dictionary if you can. make your mind work.
by the way, do you understand the definition of the word "IF"? don't tell me you're an undergrad of UPPEN.

Gaya ni Harry Potter, undergraduate sya ng Hogwart. Hindi naka tapos ng pag aaral, kasi puro magic ang ina atupag.
Here's a question, when has it ever been the standard for Filipinos to introduce themselves as, "I finished my undergraduate studies in Ateneo/UP"?

It is always, "I graduated from Ateneo/UP".

If you wanna be more specific, you can say, "I graduated from JGSOM/Engg". Noone really says that, but it's not wrong.

An Ateneo MBA grad can also say he graduated from Ateneo, though locally, when someone asks, "saan ka gumraduate?" it's a question that usually asks where you went to college.

I don't understand why diehard Duterte loyalists can't just admit that it was a major blunder on his part. Instead, they try to be technical and say that you can only be a Wharton graduate when you literally took graduate studies in Wharton. You can graduate from elementary, high school, college (or undergrad if you wanna be politically correct), and postgrad (masters/doctorate).

In the same token, can you also say that Duterte did not graduate from Lyceum?

Wharton offers both undergrad and MBA programs. More than half Wharton undergrads never take up an MBA anymore, so I don't see where you got the idea that a Wharton education is only valid when you complete both undergrad and MBA programs.

And no, Harry Potter did not complete his undergraduate studies in Hogwarts (this whole analogy is technically incorrect because Hogwarts is more akin to a high school rather than a college/university). Harry Potter is not a Hogwarts undergraduate, he is a Hogwarts dropout.

to be honest, you are pathetic. you talk a lot about law, and yet you don't know the meaning of the word "CRIMINAL" ? [emoji38]

A friendly advise, go find a psychiatrist. You are mentally unstable and emotionally imbalance.

i told you to read, to do your own research.
i asked you if you understand the definition of the word "IF" because my post commenced with the following words:
IF IT IS TRUE... in other words, we need to get to the truth first or what we call judicial truth. that is the essence of due process. and that is why I said: "i love to prosecute this guy." if he's already guilty in my mind, why would i love to prosecute him. you know what, i am always fair in my comment for or against digong. i even hold the belief that he can be a substitute candidate because the rules issued by the Comelec for 2016 elections did not include the old policy that a substitute candidate must not be a candidate who himself had also withdrawn.

now, you call me "pathetic," "mentally unstable," and "emotionally imbalance." you were once warned here already.

now, you drag yourself deep into the dung.

as we are advised to not waste time arguing with a fanboi, let us also be advised not to waste time arguing with a dutertard. no matter what reason you lay down they will always see their world with their blind eyes. you will not win.

kawawa naman yung high school lang ang natapos, kahit pala "high school graduate" di siya pwedeng tawagin ano.

Jfox, visibly you're mad at me because i lectured you in reply to your postulate that the present administration is using the pdaf to down GP. i told you that pdaf is legally inexistent because it was declared unconstitutional by the supreme court in 2013. i made that comment or lecture because you said "correct me if I'm wrong." of course, you are wrong because there is no more pdaf to talk about. then I told you to read, to read everything otherwise you argue with all the valor of ignorance. it hurts but true.

awhile ago, i commented to your post to the effect that there is no UPPEN and asked you to check again. this must have aggravated whatever feeling you may have harbored against me. so you called me all these things. now, to whom those words you uttered aptly apply?

Fanboi na sa montero, fanboi pa dito, tsk... Dito ko nalaman na kapag di ka pala sa masters degree nagtapos sa isang school ay di ka dito graduate.

The way I see it, ang pinipilit na definition nila ng undergrad ay equivalent to drop out instead of a bachelors degree.
