Oh by the way, speaking of NPA, alam niyo ba kung kanino galing ang mga baril na gamit nila? The PNP who is supposed to serve and protect is the supplier of AK-47 to the NPA. Surprised?

AK-47 is a symbol of terrorism. The same AK-47 procured by PNP with taxpayer's money and supplied it to the NPA. Guess what ulit? PNP is under DILG (Robredo/Roxas).

MANILA - The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) is on the final stages of its probe on the 1,004 AK-47 assault rifles that went missing under the watch of the Philippine National Police-Firearms and Explosives Office (PNP-FEO).

Police Chief Supt. Benjamin Magalong, head of the CIDG, said they will file charges against 19 personnel of the PNP and around 10 civilians who they believe played a role in the irregular purchase and licensing of the AK-47s.

As for Federalism eh di we'll give more power to the dynasties? They'll have more control na of their bailiwicks? They'll make all the decisions na.

Then another thing for me paano yun ibang place na sobrang hirap at walang industry to speak of, how can they survive if they're on own na.

Sa unang paragrarph mo, I cannot speak on behalf of Digong. I'm sure merong plan.

Sino magiging MP??? Nobody knows. Why ask kung sino member of parliament, do we ask kung sino member ng cabinet? It's a party system.

We vote for platforms, not popularity of candidates. So family dynasty is unlikely.

And they are not on their own.

By the way, I will vote Duterte as President, because he has the character of a good leader and its time to federalize this country.

Do you think the Local Government Code of 1991 was/is good for the country, overall?

Yes it's sufficient, the problem is the politicians. The same trapos that were a product of Martial Rule. The same trapos, the same family dynasty. The only difference is they will have a free reign over the state, private armies and all crap there is.

Do you think there is a one size fits all solution?

Putak kayo ng putak about the federal format samantalang ang lumalabas sa bibig ni digong eh revolutionary government. Simply put dictatorship. Military at pulis ang mobilize nya which is tantamount to martial rule.

Damn, people really don't have an ounce of clue.

You have no clue and yet you knew that same trapos will run the government? I don't get that

Under our constitution, there must be a revolutionary govt, even without rebellion, para ma dissolve ang congress to pave for federalism. Si Joaquin Bernas author nyan. Yung revo govt is just a compliance to the laws.

Davao police twits Mar Roxas over peace and order ‘myth’ | Inquirer News

The local police was reacting to Roxas’ statement downplaying peace and order in the city of his 2016 rival, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. In a presidential forum, the administration bet said Davao City has the fourth-highest number of crime incidents in the Philippines.

But contrary to Roxas’ claims, DCPO said their statistics prove that police officers are doing their job to beat the proliferation of crime in the city.

“It only shows that the Officers and men of Davao’s finest is doing its best to really curb-out criminality in the city. These are the true facts on this issue. Pls share,” DCPO said, trumpeting the awards and recognitions that they received in the past years.
