What you have to ask is how come all surveys prior to filing of their COC's, that BBM still had a large percentage of voters yet Leni's had dwindled to a very low score? Even the survey run by an LP ally shows her way below BBM. What happened to those who voted for her in 2016

off the top of my head, i'd have to say it's largely because of 2 things:

1. Robredo was late in the game for the hyped appli of her coc filing. Her vague presidential plans prior to her comelec appearance last month certainly hit her pop scores and,

2. The damage to the image of the opposition brought about by the dds & the marcosian internet forces certainly affected some perception of her (the marcos camp was spewing propaganda in cyber space for at least 4 unceasing years to alter history in their image and likeness). That's why i think switching colors was a strategic coup because she distanced herself from the much maligned yellow sphere.

I think For leni, it's a good thing that the long campaign season is not a sprint because time is in her favor. She's slowly gaining lost ground and when debate season begins, that's where she'll be distinguishing herself from the rest of the pack once again.

This photo appeared during the time leni was campaigning for the VP in 2016.
She was the wife of the ex-DILG secretary who died in a plane crash yet rumors abound that he had some dirt on LP officials thus the raid on his office after his death. She supposedly had a security detail and an automobile used to get to Batasan Pambansa.
It just reeks of bad PR publicity similar to Mar Roxas directing traffic during the rainy season.

Leni won because she had the massive machinery of the administration that time. Just look at Mar's numbers during those time. coming in 3rd sometimes even 4th in the surveys yet when the votes were casted Mar came out second.

Leni should have created her own political party, She is still being identified as a LP and her supporters are still telling us that she never left the LP.
The LP made a lot of enemies during their reign, Most are still a bit fresh in the minds of voters.

Only time will tell if Leni has enough time campaigning to surpass the other candidates. It previously took over a year in campaigning to be able to get the word out to the far reaches of this archipelago.

The photo was taken and got viral in 2014. According to this article below, she and her daughters would take the bus weekly when they go home to Camarines Sur (supported by photos). Even the bus company confirmed this. She only stopped taking the bus when she became VP.

If duda pa din, just look at her lifestyle. Back then hindi kanila yung bahay nila, sa pamilya ni Sec. Jesse. Her SALN showed her as one of the poorest representatives.
