Hmmmm here's my (conspiracy) theory. They feel that Sara has a better chance against Leni than BBM. They also know that BBM is a sure win for VP. So although Sara is reluctant, she agrees. Then if & when they both win, Sara resigns , & BBM then becomes Pres. Which I think is a rehash of the plan last 2016 hehe.
