2.5hrs pila ko, started at 7am. Dami voters ngayon vs 2016.

Usual issue ngayon is yung hindi makaboto kasi nawawala name sa EDCVL. 2 elections kasi na hindi bumuto inaalis na, yung iba hindi maayos transfer or change of voting precint.
