I won't lose sleep over this. lahat naman yan brand new. lahat ng lumalabas sa casa hindi naman shinny (kaya need mo pang dalhin kay big berts) bala suha yan when i comes out of the casa. who knows baka yun pinipili mong "fresh" unit yun pa yun may defecto.

and another thing... kahit na nakakuha kayo ng bagong dating from pier... hindi mo pa rin masigurado kung kailan na assemble yun sa thailand... baka mas matagal pang nakabilad yun sa stockyard ng thailand kesa dito.

just inspect your new unit carefully for watermarks, scratches, swirlmarks, scuffs, etc.
actually there some labels that do tell a tale. ok lang yan. don't worry.

Some get absorbed into the manufacturer's fleet. Others are sold as ex-demo units after a while.

Doesn't the smell of the interior of a brand new car indicate that it came straight from the factory? He he he!

from our experience, you'll know if the unit is from the 'planta' kapag pag sakay mo palang sa kotse, masakit sa ilong yung amoy nang 'new car smell', saka, masakit sa mata. saka kuha ka nang kulay na hindi available. its always a plus kapag subsidiary nang company yung manufacturer.

when we have ordered our Civic back in '96, the car was shipped via transporter from Sta. Rosa, to Pasig. the log on the odometer is only 3Km. that is because, it had to be brought to the Tuff Kote Dinol for undercoating.

as for the DMax, it was one of the first unit when we got it. it wasn't even formally launched. it took us 3 days to get the vehicle from the dealer. when we got the vehicle it has 75km on the odometer. computing the distance, galing nga sa Sta. Rosa yung unit.

sasabihin ba talaga ng SA na ginamit sa pang test drive ang unit or naka indicate na sa papers nila na ex demo unit ang vehicle?

baka may mga agent kasi na gusto lang makabenta
kahit wala mas fresh na available?
