August 20th, 2004 06:05 PM #175Mga Sir,
Sino po ba ang naka-REVO SR Automatic (1800CC GAS) d2 yung 2002 model? Tama lang po ba ang 5-6km/ltr na consumption? My dad owns one and he just wants to know if there's any way to reduce the fuel consumption... baka meron kayo alam na tweaks for this kind of vehicle. In good condition naman yung sasakyan tsaka ndi harurot pagmamaneho... any tip po is welcome... wag lang pilosopo :D

normal na po yan sa revo... mas malakas talaga sa gas ang automatic, plus add the heavy body of the revo with a 1.8 engine

Pasali din ho sa AUV club thread niyo!
I own 2 AUVs.
The first is a 1998 Mitsubishi Adventure GLS
Everything is factory installed including the stereo (Fujitsu Ten cassette tuner).
Probably the only thing I added is the steering wheel cover (rosewood ang dating) and leather seat covers.
Malaki ang problema ko sa diesel engine ng Mitsubishi. Di masyado maganda ang performance, malakas ang kain (only 8-8.5km/liter) and malakas ang black smoke kung malakas ang tapak sa pedal.
My 2nd AUV is an 2005 Isuzu Crosswind XT (yung Sportivo look na)
Everything is also factory installed.
I love this AUV's performance! Malakas hatak ng engine kahit na 85HP lang sya. The fuel efficiency is better than the Adventure at over 10km/liter. But I wish I could have this improved further to near 11km/liter city driving.
Any suggestions?

Sir, maintain tire pressure according to manufacturer's specs, shift to higher gear before reaching 2,000rpm, minimize use of aircon unless necessary, establish your itenerary, etc..

A bit late in the day, but --
2004 Mitsubishi Adventure GLS Sport, 2.5L diesel
all stock except for: stepboards, window tint, seat covers, steering wheel cover, extra floor mats, window visors, backing sensors and spoiler with third brake lamp. Planning to have undermirror installed soon.
The Bogeymachine is proud to be part of the Mitsubishi Adventure Club (MAC).

Irrelevant na talaga for people looking for cars with that price.
