i used MIG welder w/ a small portable co2 tank. if you wanna learn a welding method that'll do pretty much everything, this is it. you can build and repair gates. weld up hitch receivers and nudge bars. you can even build a motorcycle or buggy using MIG.

TIG is precise but too slow for big metal gates

the common stick welding is messy smoky and not suitable for thin steel.

btw it's nice to have a 5" (125mm) grinder (3rd from the left). the common grinder here in PH is the 4" (100mm) which are little discs too small for big projects. the two cordless ones use 4.5" (115mm) discs which are even less common here

the 5" grinder spins just as fast as a small 4" grinder so the bigger disc cuts/grinds way faster. but use branded discs only coz it could be a bit dangerous

just got a dedicated impact driver (center). the impact wrench can function as one but is way overkill and too heavy, while the right-angle impact is great in tight spaces but is too weak for certain applications

PS in case anyone is wondering the impact driver can remove lug nuts on small cars (80 lb-ft nuts) but that's the limit. won't work on anything tighter. but still useful on smaller bolts etc

Nice.. dumadami collection mo ha.. hehe

When i work usually ganyan din gamit ko pang luwag ng small nut.. i also have the cordless ratchet from ryobi pero cumbersome yung battery.. mas type ko yun milwaukee m12 kasi manipis lang

pag metal works, i use multiple grinder na.. para hindi palit palit ng blade
