Is your car stock? Is it lowered? Don't bother about the steering wheel, it doesn't affect alignment.

If yours is lowered, your front wheels may be looking like /=\ when looked at from the front. If this is the case, your tires' inner shoulders will wear more than the outside shoulders, giving your car the symptoms you describe. Another possible problem is what Niky said, masyadong naka toe out. Toe out happens pag naka-sakang yung gulong mo, meaning if you drive straight, the wheels both point outwards. You can imagine that the inner portion of the wheel could be more worn because of this, especially so if combined with a lowered vehicle.

If you have worn bushings/suspension parts, now is the time to have them replaced since ipapa-align mo rin lang. This should keep you busy...
