Based on my experience today [SIZE=7]NO[/SIZE]

I just came from Ford Global City for the 10kPMS of my Escape this afternoon. Coolant level was not refilled, tires were not rotated, windshield washer not refilled as well. And of these were marked with YES in the job order and checklist as having been done. The service manager was very apologetic and believes that they are being sabotaged by some mechanics. It is a good thing, I placed an erasable marker on some of the components and the tires just to be abe to check it before I leave the casa. Lo and behold, it was untouched!!!
