July 30th, 2010 01:07 AM #1Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Rike Cool is a bit pricey..?
Maybe i'll just consider 3M tints but im in the dilemma of what kind. Yung bagay sa platinum silver/beige navara.

Personally I think metallic/lighter tints go well with metallic paint. Dark/flat tints go well with earth colors.
3M is ok pero manipis na siya ngayon, unlike a few years ago. Nahagip ko lang ng payong na-cut na kaagad. The older 3M tints I have are 10 years old, maganda pa rin until we sold the car.
If you are on a budget I suggest getting good quality tint on at least the windshield ang the rear glass. You don't want to have it peel off after a couple of years and take the defogger along with it.

Does rike cool last as long as 3M? Is it better than V-Kool?

i dont have experience with V-kool so can't compare. But as far as heat rejection, it is better than the 3M installed on my past CRV na mirror like na tint. Nakabilad sa araw kotse... after 3 hours sumakay ako. manibela hindi mainit.
Mas manipis 3M kesa sa Rikecool.

Manipis na pala talaga 3M. Akala ko na fake lang ako.

*sir cydep and 12vdc...
May nabalitaan ako mga bro from a source that the Navara daw will be locally manufactured na? Can any of the guys confirm this?
because personally I would be delighted to see on how a pickup is manufactured though I don't own a navara but Im pretty sure the manufacturing process is very similar...
second, I envy you guys because the possibility of lowering the prices of parts for your truck can be reduce significantly due to the possible tax incentives/perks to be given to nissan because of the said plan if its really a fact...
