For my very first pick up truck i decided to go for a strada gls.

initially, i like the white strada, but after i saw the quartz brown in pasong tamo this afternoon, im having second thoughts on which color to choose.

white din yung first pick namin before pero parang madumihin.. maganda din yung quartz brown kaso marami na ako nakitang color nito.. yung isang color na parang dark gray (di ko alam yung color code, help me guys ) ayaw mo?

which is which kaya ang fit for our vehicle? hindi kaya lifted young kay G01 na rancho?

Now I am confused . The part numbers that I posted were given to me by Jeff of JORH. The front shock is for the stock height. The rear, however, is a longer one to compensate for the added 2" height of my truck.

Sir J_E, please check if the ones listed on the brochure are the Rancho XL shocks for the current Strada. For sure the part numbers listed on a Rancho brochure are the correct ones.

strada got 6 lugs and Lenso wheels got the same design and color

Been reading through all these posts here in the thread and finally decided to get a Strada GLS 2.5L 4X4 M/T through Diamond Q. Ave. Unfortunately, I nearly got swindled by one of the sales executive's guy, a certain Raffy, who offered to trade-in the car I was driving that day. As we say, "dinadaan sa bilis" that they wanted to finish the deal immediately. Just be careful that even with "officially authorized" appraiser for the company, they do not intend the best for your deal.

I am still going to get one, but not with Diamond Q. Ave. anymore, will just have to look for other dealers. Anyone that you would like to refer to?

however for that pesky sales guy....those guys are really common nowadays so we should really be aware...

also if you don't have a dealer yet.. we have a recommended sales personnel in the official club site....so you might want to check on it...

yeah.. been to that place.. query lang ako sa price list.. tapos sabi ng isang sales rep na walang silang stocks na montero. pero mayroon sila stocks kung customize. addtional 100k from the original price. what the hell.. ung bumili kami sa mitsubishi. doon kami sa makati branch.. dapat may kakilala ka or refer po kayo before u buy. kasi dami mandurugas din sa DEALERs.

Strada key is equipped with engine immobilizer, well, the GLS Sport variant has one, not sure with the other variants.

have anybody there try riding in but aircon is off and i can fell air still blowing in aircon outlet and its not cold. i think galing sa makina....?

Got a spare tire lock for Strada from miggyboy, it's a long metal rod with lock attached to chasis of Strada. Is anyone using this? Is this as effective as a chain and lock?

If I were you sir...I would still purchase a chain that will hold the tires to the mags...and not that alone....because as what master arvin said...the tire can still be stolen with the mags left behind when you are using the rod type lock...

so its still better if you get both...

and if I may recommend...please dont settle for the lock and chain...as it can be bolt cutted.....buy the ones from concorde...the big round stainless(not sure) sort of a chain wrapped in plastic... because that one cannot be bolt cutted as far as I know...

thanks jubs00. i was told yung quartz brown bagong labas na color it was like grayish so maybe you are referring to it. its nice also. actualy, i am now choosing between white and quartz brown

mine is a GL variant, and i installed a car alarm with keys integrated on the remote. i was able to duplicate my strada's key, albeit 3 times before i got the perfect duplicate.
