Hi mga strada lovers.

May nagka problema na bah sa brakes dito sa 2.5 GLS 4x4 MT nila?
Every time I make a soft brake when approaching corners, may clicking/clipping sound sa front brakes, right side. That's where the sound is loud enough to hear.
Very disturbing eh. Pa balik2 na ako sa dealer many times pero andyan pa rin. Like spinning click ang sound. Na everytime mag revolve ang tire may na sasayad na metal na matulis and na clip-off. This is only during soft braking. Kapag full stop naman, grinding metal naman ang sound. Parang mag na iipit. Iba talaga sa squeaking or squealing

My periodic maintenance schedule is approaching, same reklamo na naman sa dealer. 20,000 pa ang mileage ng unit ko btw.

any ideas kung what's causing the sound?
I am really worried sa safety eh. Really think my dealer can't help.

baka palitin na ang break pads mo bro...ako medyo may naririnig narin ako...nung pina check ko palitin na....I'm changing it na this week...

2.5l around 9.5km/ltr (160kph) to 16.2km/ltr (70kph) highway driving. city driving around 8km/ltr to 10.5km/ltr city driving. (depend on traffic condition)

baka palitin na ang break pads mo bro...ako medyo may naririnig narin ako...nung pina check ko palitin na....I'm changing it na this week...

tama si sir LR, pacheck mo yung brake pads mo sir, either palitin na yan or baka may naipit lang na bato sa pads.. ganyan nangyari sa kasama kong sasakyan (although honda civic naman yun) nung bago kami bumaba ng manila galing baguio. kala namin extend kami ng isang gabi, wala pa namang honda sa baguio, ang pinakamalapit ay sa naguilian road pa, malapit na sa baba.

pag metal to metal ang nafefeel mo when pressing the brakes, you must change your brake pads..

me warning indicator din ang pads natin, like a squeaking sounds when you hit the brakes.. it happens to me before..

hi, sir xave here :D i'm not from citi motors i'm from union motors, it's a big problem, all dealers are affected by the LTO problem, sometimes 4 months before they can release the plate.

sir, better kung derecho na kayo makipag coordinate sa head office nila sa makati. i got mine after more than 2 months but that is after just one phonecall to citimotor's registration department. ask your SA for the contact number of Daisy, sya yung in charge sa registration.

Guys any update about the RANCHO 9000XL correct part number for our TRiTON.

our original shock is (compress 12.75" expand 21")
RS999113 (compress 13.12" expand 20") almost identical to OEM.
RS999116 (compress 15" expand 23.75") recommended as per MONROE brochure
RS999118 (compress 14.25 expand 22.125) installed in Katana & Nismo26 TRiTON

regarding the issues with plate numbers... don't be surprised that it's taking this long. all automotive dealers are going through this.

apparently there is an issue between LTO and the company/s making the license plates.. something about the sudden cancellation of all existing contracts wiht current contractors and the awarding of the new contracts to contractors close to the current officers of the lto... this is according to people inside LTO

After a month in waiting today, wala pa rin available na Glx white 4x2...ang tagal...

it took me 4 months to get my plate number and then waited another month to get the OR and CR.

pero dun sa hinintay ko, may nasayang na 3 months dahil wala palang nag process ng registration ko (MMPC's fault and not Citimotors). Something about losing the stencil, so MMPC didn't send the CSR to Citimotors, who in turn wasn't able to process the registration. Sayang lang kasi naghihintayan lang sila and not talking to each other to fix the issue. Ako pa tumawag sa registration dept ng Citimotors at sa MMPC para lang magsimula silang mag usap.

Fortunately, I was never pulled over.

Nung nakuha ko na plates ko, medyo nalungkot naman ako dahil may coding na. hehehe

Since may or and cr ka naman na, at least confirmed na LTO nalang ang hinihintay. May link dito sa Tsikot to a newspaper article about LTO being delayed, just print and keep a copy in your car.
