does anyone here owns a beige or quartz brown strada? im confused with the two colors e, gusto ko sanang makakita ng pics pra malaman ung difference..please upload some of the pics or pahingi ng links. thanks!!!

The strada is one of the most comfortable pickups. However, I have a fragile old mother that still complains about the ride, since she was used to riding a car.

Does anyone know how to further improve the riding comforts of our pickup?

As far as i know, here are some (please feel free to correct me):
- Wider and taller tires. This is what i currently have: pirelli scorpion A/T 265/70/R16 (is M/T better?)
- Lower tire pressure. I have 30 f, 28 r (should I lower this?)
- Put load at the back (add Steel bumper, canopy, etc)

Regarding your tire pressure and present tires setup, its ok for me. better sitting position of your mother is beside the driver (front) do not sit her at the back. its more comfortable at front , hope this will help.

ahhh ok.. was just speaking based on my experience. kasi all the while nung wala pa kaming plaka, di ako hinuli ng MMDA or MAPSA during coding hours (monday ang coding ko nun since my conduction sticker ends with number 2). i don't know, must be ignorance on their part din.

anyway, just to be safe, wag na lang din kayo bumyahe ng coding hours depending on your conduction stickers.

Minsan na tsambahan ako ng mga pulis sa gilid ng camp crame pagtawid ng edsa sa may boni serrano. May plate number na ko nun at OR/CR pero walang sticker. Hinuli pa rin ako.. dinala ko sa loob ng camp at pinapakuha sakin yung sticker ko kasi sabi ko nasa casa pa at di ko pa nakukuha. Nasa casa naman talaga. Di ko nga alam kung ano trip nila or kung may violation yun. Parang nangingikil lang.. buti na lang natawagan ko yung ahente ko at dinala nya yung sticker dun sa campo at kinabit ko sa harap nila. Napakamot lang sila ng ulo. Kumag lang talaga siguro sila. hehehe

nampa-power trip lang mga yun. nagpalabas LTO ng notice ng December na wag hulihin yung mga bagong sasakyan na may plaka na pero wala pa ding stickers. ang manghuli daw lagot sa kanya.

said has posted nothing about his ride or contributed anything positive on the forum, but I dont know him personally to make my judgement on the guy like sir TP said its an open forum and we have to live with it

by the way our neighbor bought a 2010 3.2l black strada, he even let me drove it to work twice, and I was very satisfied with the performance and he was equally pleased naman with my navara, yun nga lang minsan bumili sila ng outdoor dining set na narra, hiniram niya yung Nav kasi alaganin ang haba nung set sa bed ng strada I even advise him to join your club since first pick up nila to learn more about his ride and maximize its full potential...

hi sir! if your going for a more comfortable ride...its best to settle with A/T tires or better yet get the H/T ones....mas comfortable talaga yon...

and for the suspension mods...you can upgrade the Shock absorbers and the coil spring with aftermarket ones like rancho,ironman,Old man EMU etc.....

for the tire pressure 30 is the advisable tire pressure if your after comfort...bur for me, I always keep mine at 35psi

yep, you can put dead weight at the bed for added comfort...a steel bumper is also great as a dead weight plus its an added protection for the rear

mga strada owners. yung ibang models walang side door moldings. Saan at magkano ang mga ito? Tinanong ko sa casa dito sa amin, iba iba ang presyo, depende sa color daw. From as cheap as 540+, to as expensive as 3,400, EACH. Kung apat na molding for all 4 doors, that's a lot of difference.

huwag mo na pansinin yang ibang navara owner sir, kasi siguro hindi nila ma accept na number 1 ang strada. actually, hindi naman kailangan ma discuss sa kanila kay tested naman ang strada sa rally ng mitsubishi. ang tinitira lang nila yong mga minor problem ng ibang pick up. lahat naman na sasakyan may pros and cons sir. eh, basta ang importante sir, alam natin na tested and proven sa rally ang strada. yan ang hindi ma twist. at no 1 na ang strada regarding sa overall sa design ng outside and interior. isipin mo, may tpms, speed sensing ang wiper natin (intermittent), auto shut head light, fuel economy, meron pa tayo 30 sec to operate ng power window pag shut off ng engine, maganda pa yong bagong rim ng strada na kidlat design. regarding power, mas malakas sila pero kung ano ka steep akyatin, kaya naman ng engine natin. beside, nag test ang thailander ng stock unit 2.5l and 3.2l sa 4 countries extreme cold and hot weather (vise versa), survive ang strada. kaya, no 1 pa rin ang strada owner! regarding naman sa price, base on gls, naka mura ng almost P350,000.00, kahit sabi nila after 7 yrs assuming ang resale value ay lower ng P100,000.00, naka tipid pa rin tayo ng P250,000.00 base sa brand new price. kaya, panalo pa rin ang strada!

Sirs pasingit lang ha. M/T tires ideally should only be used off road. Most of them have softer treads compared to A/Ts and H/Ts. If you use them on the highway mileage is decreased dramatically. H/Ts should be the most comfortable. Also, if comfort is your primary concern and you don't carry heavy loads, check for the lowest load rating available for the size you want. Pirelli Scorpion A/Ts have a 112 load rating. If you could find a brand with a lower load rating the ride would be much more supple. In my case when I changed my Bighorn's tires to smaller ones the ride improved a lot.

balik sa mga gulong... better H/T nalang gamitin ko... of A/T since di naman ako lagi offroad... isa pa pag M/T madulas na pag sa highway ginamit... well sakin lang naman... (lagi kasing nagmamadali)
