Need some opinions re: body cladding for the GLX.
Cool silver kasi yung unit ko, and black lang yung bumper niya. I already had fender flares installed a long time ago. They didn't need painting kasi I noticed bagay na siya agad with the unpainted black bumper.
The problem I have right now is whether babagay kaya kung lagyan din ng body cladding na (hopefully) same material and color as the flares? I am seriously considering installing body cladding because I had also replaced the tires before with bigger ones.
Any thoughts on this? By the way, may canopy pala ride ko.

January 18th, 2008 10:22 PM #2723HI, im due wiuth my 1k PMS. What oil did you use? The SA in Mitsu Valle Verde suggested to use synthetic oil which cost around 4k. Another question, does the CASA allow as us to bring oil and filter during our PMS?

To my knowledge, Mitsubishi has an in-house fully synthetic motor oil- see if that works. I would be surprised if that SA will tell u to buy your oil outside, i will slap him silly!!!
Follow by the book. Better to play safe. it is best to follow what the owner's manual tells you to do to be compliant with your warranty of 3 years, 100k kms.

silver and black combination isn't bad at all, so if you get cladding thats black, i think it will go well.
i suggest you go with synthetic oil when you reach 5k km. at least you will fully maximize 5k before your 10k km pms. if you get synthetic oil during your 1k PMS, then you will only consume 4k km before your next PMS. but if you can spare the cash for it, it would be good. i still believe in changing oil every 5k km or at least the oil filter every 5k and change oil every 10k km if using synthetic oil. however, if you don't want to void your warranty, i think you will still change oil every 5k km even if you have synthetic.

January 19th, 2008 02:11 AM #2726i guess that would be thebest route to change oil every 5k even though i filled it up with synthetic oil just to ensure you still have your warranty valid.

Guys,
Thanx for all the replies
ang bilis mapuno ng pages , I couldnt find my origional post hehe
Yup , the SA told me recommended daw ng planta sythetic every 5k kms
He doesnt know why yung pajero dati w/ the same engine ok lang 10k , pero ngayon daw dapat every 5k na
Which for me is bad news kasi 5k sakin takes only a month!
I'll be paying 7t bucks every month maintenance
Parang kung mataas ang monthly mileage mo , I think mas maganda pa rin yung 2.5 li as a daily commute
Matipid sa diesel and maintenance
3.2li are fast , pero my ave speed is only 26km/hr hindi nagagamit
And this is driving the slex everyday
