sir xto, push what once? tsaka is the key position at ON or ACC? kasi magkaiba sila ng pwesto. same problem din, di namamatay yung violet light kahit parked or running.

switch moyung key sa on/acc position tapos switch mo once yung botton na pang reset located sa lower left portion ng monty natin sa ilalim ng fuse holder, naka hang lang yun dun. Hope this helps.

yup, oo nga pala other Monty MMAS have separate switch. look for the module switch (some say under the dash???) then press it once while key on ON position.

montero brothers,

tanung ko lang, i do remember na napalitan ko rin ng kulay nung lcd pati yung buttons ng stock jvc stereo ng montero. what i did before was color match it to the panel lights of the car which is amber. but with our new monty wc is a 2010 model. i can do it on the lcd but not with the buttons. meron na nakagawa sa inyo nito? o baka guni-guni ko lang :D

Sir, pano nyo po nagawang palitan pati kulay ng buttons? Kasi ako LCD lang.

Our Monty's already 4 months and running at 9k+ kms, and still in excellent condition. Already changed its low beam to 4300k HID, and pinalagyan ko ng Code Alarm sticker sa driver and front passenger side windows.

Nga pala, saw in Code Alarm's website that the star button on our alarm remote is the remote start button. Just press it twice within 2 seconds, and voila! But when we enter our Monty, we should put the key to the ON position, depress the brakes, and we can drive it. Dunno if it works.

xto, ayaw talaga sir. i found the red button under the dash then pressed it once with the key sa ON - di namatay ilaw. Tapos try ko naman sa ACC positon tapos press ng red button - ayaw pa rin. I trried repeating both key positions while pressing the button mga 5 seconds, wala pa din. umiilaw pa rin 24/7.

You have to push the red/blue button twice when the key is in the ON position. Ganun ginagawa ko sa Monty namin after silencing the alarm during Mass
