sir the last time i inquired about TPMS at winterpine, nasa 12K lang. beware of "some" SA's tactics
here's one example: my SA texted me if i'm interested with "SE" emblem for my 3.2 GLS, meron daw available nag-iisa lang. i replied to her how much kaya? "Sir, pag walang resibo, kalahati lang at tataas ang value ng sasakyan mo, haba ng pila ngayon - 2 months"

July 17th, 2009 09:42 AM #4562...speaking of limited edition...i got some info (not confirmed) mmpc will soon launch 69 units of a real limited edition. the unit will have 2.5li engine and automatic tranny. not sure if it is a 4x4 since price may be around 1.57M. add ons are sunroof and tonneu cover (if this has this cover, maybe it may become 5 seater?), a special badge and others? (maybe body kits)...

He said, "If you are not particular with a 7 seater Montero, we will release a limited edition which is a 5 seater with european specifications (which includes the sunroof, badges, and other add-ons)." So I guess we now know what type of engine it will have and the price. Though he said back then that they will release 75 units. Ask gixxer, he has a 10'' with that kind of enclosure, the sub is a thinner sub to fit there, and its mainly for SQ. if that's what you're after pwede na.. but if you're after boom boom.. then definitely don't go this direction. July 17th, 2009 02:32 PM #4574if you're after a boom-boom sound go for a ported, rear horns, snail shell or the likes but those boxes could be very big. with that size and type of enclosure (above) do not expect to hear boom-boom as in there is a decay or gapang with the bass. this enclosure is good for SQ only where the boom is contained but still sufficient inside the cabin. July 17th, 2009 07:07 PM #4578I just got myself a Montero Sport GLS SE this week, waited 2 weeks for it. I've been a reader of this thread for a while now and it helped me decide to get the Montero.
I got mine from Carworld Pampanga and it came with 20 inch wheels, which I had to pay extra. Otherwise, I would have had to wait for a month. They also said there will be a price increase in the Montero soon. Marketing ploy, probably.
Anyways, got mine already and is pretty happy about it. I'm glad to be finally able to reply on this thread.
